  VINYASA CLASS FOCUS  strength & endurance building:  this class developes endurance and tones the muscles through multiple successive vinyasa.   breath work throughout:  heavy focus is given to regulating the breath despite the high intensity, engaging the diaphragm & other accessory breathing muscles.    dynamic-movements & postures:  please notify me if you have any limitations.   peak pose(s):  this class always builds towards a peak pose or two such as deep backbends, inversion, arm balances etc - always after a strong warm up.   relieve & manage stress:  inducing a state of controlled physical stress & simultaneously regulating the breath, we help train the body so that it can respond with more ease in stressful situations.      high intensity cardio:  there is no pause during the entire class keeping the heart rate up for this firey and warming practice.    experience required:  it's recommended to have at least 6m-1yr of previous training for this class. i do offer alternates for various poses - meeting you where you are at in your training.
