vigorous high cardio practice:
power vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga which flows quickly through various poses, keeping the breath rhythmically connected to the body for every movement you take. Poses are often held for just a breath, so keeping the muscles and breath relaxed is the challenge this practice has to offer us.
invigorating and energizing:
this style repeats flows in order to deepen focus as you challenge the body and mind, the quickness of the flows pumps your circulation leaving you feeling both relaxed and focused after classes.
release fascia and improve joint mobility:
helps to increase mobility of joints, while also releasing your bodies tension and knots.
in working with the breath we prime the body by using the biofeedback that deep breathing provides. it draws you into the now, and sends a physical message to the body that it can be at ease, that stressors aren't here/now.
intermediate to advanced level:
